I'm 14 years old and I am obsessed with losing weight. I have been on this one diet for at least 2 weeks where I eat really healthy but stop eating after 4:00 and i drink heaps and heaps of water. But I feel really weak and tired all the time and I get heaps sick. And I'm not losing that much weight anyway. At one point I got so obsessed that I stopped eating all together. I kept passing out at school and at home, and I kept having to be taken to hospital. I only weigh 50 kilos. But I really hate myself. All my friends are like 45 kilos and are stick thin. I want to be at least 45 kilos too. So I was wondering if you could suggest a diet that won't put me in hospital please? :|

I am a 13 yr old girl i am 200 pounds and ppl say its normal because my height is 5'6,i dont belive them, i go to middle school and i have friends who are skinnier than me,and of course i get jealous.There is this guy in school who I like alot and i want him to think im pretty,most girls and guys in my school have a girfriend or a boyfriend and they are skinny.My goal is to weigh 145 pounds,but i need advice and what kinds of food i should eat for breakfast,lunch,and dinner.HELP ME PLEASE!!!I WILL APPRECIATE IT ALOT;-)
