Basically as the subject suggests, i am signing up for the army and need to lose a few pounds and get fit. Although i have only just started out i didn't think of myself as unfit as i am :( obviously there are physical requirements of 1 and a half miles in 10.5 minutes to be selected. I did a trial run earlier today and got just over 1 mile in 10 minutes, and i was out of breathe haha :| . So, some major improvement is needed. I openly welcome any and all suggestions on what could improve my fitness, i eat healthy, sleep well, drink plenty of water etc etc. i am aiming to start off runnin 1 mile in morning and 1 mile at night, until i improve, is this ok???
