Last month a friend of mine has taken me to a grappling training to see what that is. After the training I was so exited that we have spent five hours talking about it. I want to go to grappling training of course. Do you have any tips for me because my friend is also a beginner?
You are probably surprised that a woman is responding to your question. That is because my boyfriend goes to grappling training. He is always talking about it. So I know something about it. Enjoy the training, relax, try to maintain regular breathing pattern, you must be patient, dont try to move faster then you need or your skill level allows. I hope I have been helpful.
