ok so im 14 years old and i weigh 165 and i want to lose weight by the time the new school year starts and i feel really bad about my self and i want to lose weight but i dont know how to i dont know what diet or workout plan so someone please help me

You can take xenical or you can start running in the morning

Why wouldn't you just check on the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_diets ist of diets, maybe you will find one that looks good to you. Try to find the tastiest one and then you will not think of it as about a torture.
