hi my names lucy am 16 years old and am 100lbs which is 7.2 stone..alot of people say this is a healthly weight but some how i still feel fat :( i want to lose weight to atleast 98lbs and then i can maintain the weight .. please can someone help me? i try and eat healthy btw is sweetcorn, coalslaw, fresh orange juice healthly and will it put weight on??..but pleaaaase can someone help me :(?x

instead of sugary snacks, have some fruit. You're thin. Don't lose too much weight! Your organs will collapse and you might die. stay safe. xx
