I was Shaving and I did damage to my vaginal area

I was shaving, about three days ago...and after I got done I was all well and fine. Later that night my vagina started to itch and it seemed that my skin was sensitive to my panty material, I checked it out and i THINK i EITHER CUT MYSELF OR ITS A RASH...this is my first time shaving my area. When I rubbed it to relieve some of the itchy sensation it began to burn, I tried using vagasil...It relieved some of the itchiness for a few minutes but when i began to move around it began to ich and burn again...what am I to do??????
