it scares me. i'm a size 20W & a 2X
i want to loose 30lbs in 3 months.
loose 10lbs a month is what i was thinking.
i don't like counting my calories becase i'll make stuff but i don't know how much i have.
& when my mom makes dinner i can't just follow her and count every little calorie.
you know?
so is there some way we can loose alot of weight and NOT count calories.

ok first you need to eat healthy and this might be weird but eating more meat will make you loose belly fat fast. You also need to provise a workout plan and you can just run and do jumping jacks, dont eat junk food and when you walk try to use your muscels and push your body to the limits, you might feel sore the fist coulple of days but this is because of the fat your body is carrying and once you get used to exercising your body will flow with you and youl bet better and better and you will loose weight fast and build a strong core and muscels ;-)

Hi I am 15 just recently lost 40 lb and found the only way to do it was to keep a journal, cut out all fried foods, sodas, sugars, and excess carbs. Make sure you are balancing your diet with 20% protein, 30% carbohydrates, and 30% fats. Try to keep as much saturated fat out of your diet as possible. Also start walking 15 minutes a day and gradually increase time and speed until you are jogging (not running) or doing an elliptical machine anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes a day. Studies have also shown that if you concentrate on the muscle or body group that you are exercising that you will increase the results by 30%!!!
Some foods that I find are really healthy and produce results are: tuna (with light mayo), chicken breasts, oatmeal, egg whites, and beans and rice make a complete and tasty protein. You can use things like hot sauces to spice up your food if it is feeling a little bland and the greatest thing about it is hot sauces are virtually calorie free! I like to put a little Parmesan cheese on my chicken or eggs as well. (Use 2 tsp. or so and it is only 20 calories!) :-)
I know it sounds overwhelming but if you keep a journal and take each day one by one instead of looking at it for the long distance it will be much easier. Hi, ive just turned 16 and i weigh 510lbs, ive been trying to lose weight for years now, but i just cant leave food alone! Ive been gaining huge amounts since i was about 7 years old and my parents dont seem bothered - theyre at work most of the time and when they do get home, ive already stuffed myself full! theres no one around me to help, most of the time and recently my weight has affected my mobility. because im so big for my age and height, ive struggled to move for the last few months and have only left my kitchen (Where i now have to sleep because it is the most convenient place, being near the fridge and bathroom in my house) a few times (other than for the toilet) in the last few months, and even that gets me out of breath! I cant even exercise - its a vicious circle! HELP ME PLEASE!

2. Maintain a list of food that you'll take during that time.

Im 14 and weigh about 510lbs - since summer i lost 20lbs but over christmas ive gained it all back and im having trouble losing it.
When i lose the weight i keep gaining it back, usually plus more! I've recently had some trouble getting up from sitting or laying down and i cant walk long distances, but i dont seem to have the energy to do the exercise i need or the will power to put down the food - HELP PLEASE! I am 16 and I weigh 300 pounds I have been at 270 for a long time, Im turning 16 its very hard to loose weight but getting better for most of you I know exactly what the problem is its your family and friends and even tv. How can you cut down on your calories and just every thing if its there tell your parents to do it with you and get all of that c**p out of your house instead of it being in front of you were you can grab it and put it in your mouth this was my problem and it is still sort of my problem. %-)

Im on the same boat im 13 and 300 pounds i m always made fun of but i dont care what they say instead i tell myself that u can do it and i eat heathly i drink water . I usally dont like the taste of water so i put those zero cal mixes in and i eat a low cal diet i eat carrots and my fav apple i love apples and instead of school lunch bring ur own lunch and dont have alot make a sandwhich with no mayo carrots or apple water and no chips instead of school lunch . i hope i helped and if u need any other advice id gladley help

Hi, I'm 18 and 295 lbs. Being fat sucks. I'm visibly unattractive to girls my age, even though I have a 10'' penis. Weight loss is the only way to go about it and exercise is the only factor. Anybody have some helpful techniques that I can implement into my beginning workouts?
