I was probably 120 when I was 5 then when I was 7-8 230 then 10-13 I was near 300 now I'm past 300. As u can see I was 5 when I started gaining weight sufficiently. Do you expect a 5 year old to start lifting weights and counting calories? I was just a kid. I still am Im trying to change my lifestyle. My parents don't seem to want to help they only care about judging me when I try to exercise or eat a salad. I have no one who understands what it's like. I struggle to find clothing that covers my belly and pants that won't rip is I bend over. I'm sorry I feel alone I need to express myself to people who understand how I feel. I'm sorry that I don't want to struggle my whole life and have people stare because I'm a human hippo walking down the street. That's how I feel about myself. A 13 year old girl continuously feels like she isn't worth a life. I have days where I feel like killing myself would be better than struggling to get out of bed or having to shop a Penningtons just to find some god damn underwear. Ffs

No bread no potatoes no rice no sugar go for mexican food soup broth veggies one ball no salt oatmeal plain every morning small salad lunch italian dressing fat free 2tsp eat lots lime 2 steak tacos with grill onions 8 bottles water a day 2 hours of exercise no chips fris fastfood cookies candy nothing . try this diet 2 mos youll be shocked thee outcome i went from a sz 28 to 16 5 mos flat . and looked super good in my jeans and tees

I’m 13 and weigh 254 pounds I tried that low calorie c**p for about two weeks and only ate 2 meals a day and I weighed 254.4 I want something fast and easy I wanna be somewhat skinny yet medium I wanna be able to slide my body in my hand. My mom is talking about gastric bypass and she said I have to be mentally stable and I’m depressed but that’s only because of my weight. I started hanging out with this girl she was big so was I was 125 and then we started hanging out and by the time the friendship ended I weighed 190 that was a 5 month span. Then I went to the mental hospital and gained 12 pounds I tried to lose weight nope I gained 30 I was 230 then gained 30 more pounds in 3 months and I lost 5 in a week 2 weeks ago and now I’ve tried and tried but nope nothing is working I’m meeting an internet friend and I wanna have a nice body
