Okay, tell yourself that you are pretty even if it is a lie, just do it find all the things that you love about yourself and write them doesn't find all the things that you hate about your self and write them down keep these lists until the end at your age, you should be eating 2000 calories a day because you are growing we are gonna cut that down so you should eat 1250 calories make really yummy salads (spinach and fresh strawberries with shaved almonds) it tastes wonderful! stay positive go back to school and make a friend that you can vent to. Let your heart out and tell her to watch over you it helps i hope this works for you!

I just turned 15 a couple of days ago, and I weigh 196 pounds. Ever since I was 10 and diagnosed with Hypo-Thyroidism gaining weight is 3x easier and faster compared to losing even with the appropriate medication dose; I was skinny until 11-12 years of age. My main goal is to reach 170 pounds, and then from there most 165 pounds. Honestly I myself am almost 6 feet, and I have a mesomorph body physique but that doesn't excuse my from losing body-fat. But who am I, I myself am a hypocrite. I stay in doors most of the day (besides walking 10 minutes to the train station from home, then from campus to station, then station to home) which is 'dust to wind', I eat anything I can get my hands on at home when I stay indoors, and being a student is a breeze, with a 4.8 GPA out of 5 so far (I don't study and I ace). I only exercise twice a week Wednesdays - Thursdays for 78 minutes in school. When I went to Greece weighing 187 pounds, I lost a good amount of wieght reaching 170 pounds in 3 weeks just from swimming 2-3 hours everyday, and barely eating (I dont recommend you barely eat, but instead have a balanced meal) and when I came back to the US I noticed wight gain from my bad lifestyle, I feel like complete sh** wasting an opportunity like this gaining back weight to 198 pounds. Now, you are young and still going through puberty maybe not even yet. Simple steps apply (warning seem impossible at first). Eat 800-1000 calories a day consuming 70% of antioxidant foods (vegetables, fruits), 20% wheats (no white bread, stick to healthy options such as Pita, Rye, Black-bread, Wholewheat), and the rest is water (drink 2-3 liters of water) this will clean the lymph system in your bodies cells removing waste and fat. Exercise for 1-2 hours a day and don't worry about the "buff" people around you, they were like you or in a terrible condition; start off slow then strenuous. if you do this for a month you can lose 20 pounds (approximately like me in 3 weeks), keep this up. Also never by discouraged because its worthless life its self it a hater so why bother on those people. And finally this sound stern of me but, do not have those treat your self days because you are not adjusting your body to the healthy condition. Good Luck! And please don't be like me, you are still young and beautiful! And take this from me, because I am a 15 year old trying to lose 25-31 pounds with struggles I have been through almost making me want to end it all (not kill myself, NEVER EVER EVER THINK OF THAT!).

Tell your mom!! It's the best healthy diet out there and you WILL lost the weight. Assign a point to everything you like to eat and simply don't eat more than 36 points a day. Given your age and weight, you might get more. PLEASE do not try gimmick diets. There is no such thing. Weight Watchers has a whole bunch of people that are just like you!! I joined and already I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and I weigh 265!! I am telling you, I have been heavy all my life and I wish I would have found Weight Watchers at your age. Your mom or older sister may have to go with you as you are rather young. But they can guide you. DO IT! You will not be sorry!

Treadmill!!! Start the first week at ten minutes. Then add five minutes per week. after you get to 30 minutes start increasing speed and incline. It is all about patience!!! At first it seems like you wont lose weight. DON'T GET DISCOURAGED!!! discourage= giving up. I am 6'3" 350 lbs. I have been going to the gym. 1 hour per day every day! I also lift weights. I have only lost 4 pounds. I see a huge difference in my frame. I have gained mscle weight. and definitely lost fat. I almost gave up. Take a picture and compare every month! Its a lot of discipline. If you want something bad enough. It will happen!! Eat clean! lots of protein! and veggies! Sure!! it sucks to exercise!! Just focus on getting to the gym! Look into kettlebell videos on youtube!!! amazing workout! Cheap money and you can do it at home. Good luck!!!
