Hi well i would like to start off by saying I am 5'2 and i weight 165 pounds! It's pretty bad i know. The thing is i do a lot of excercise because I am a soccer player but I'm not sure why i can't loose weight. I've been thinking a lot and reading over some questions from this site and I probably found my problem which is that i skip breakfast a lot and i don't eat lunc sometimes so at times i go to practice with an empty stomach and i get really hungry after so i eat a lot at home. Sounds logical for why I have gained 30 pounds since 7th grade.. :'( Every year when it get's close to summer i propose to myself that during summer i will loose weight and come back to school looking super different =) unfortunately i never accomplish it... =( cause i'm not sure what kind of things should i eat or what kind of excercises to do I love my thighs but i just really want to loose my belly. Can anyone tell me of a good way to loose weight I'm tired of being the only fat one in my family and always getting laughed at.. I actually have a pretty good self esteem but when it comes to boys or mean jokes i act like it doesn't bother me but it truly does. Please help i wounld especially love to hear from those who have actually lost weight! thank you
