I often feel bloated after eating and having the constant urge to wee. Any advice.
There definitely are certain foods that are notorious for their potential to cause bloating and intestinal discomfort. Best way to help yourself is to start keeping a sort of a diary (or a simple note to yourself) about foods that caused you to get bloated. Most common foods that cause bloating for many people are some vegetables (beans, cabbage) and fruits. Dairy products are even more responsible for the problem than fruits and vegetables. Also you should watch how much of whole grains you eat, or how much diet sodas you drink. Problem is that some very healthy and recommended sorts of food like vegetables, whole grains or dairy products can cause this problem, but you can’t just stop eating them completely. I think the best way is to keep a reminder about what food and how much of it caused bloating so you can find some way of replacing it next time.
