Well on Saturday I set out to do a "long" run (only 3-4 miles as I haven't run in ages) and my leg hurt from my back all the way down the side to my foot...or my foot all the way up to my back... Does it sound like I need new shoes? Could they be flat? That leg felt like I was way over supinating Unfortunately my finances are a wreck for the next month or so and really don't want to spend $100 on shoes just yet but then I don't want to suffer injuries either. OR...could it be something else? Just a bad day and a few tight ligaments, tendons, muscles? What do y'all think?
How old are your shoes? What type of surface was your run done on? Are you still aching or has it gone away?

I think it's my back :(
I was making the bed yesterday (fresh sheets etc...) and there was the discomfort again. Time for a really good yoga class.
I did buy new shoes anyway :?
Hey, sale and no shipping!!! I can't wait for delivery

I'm not sure, but it could be your sciatic nerve. That's the nerve that runs from your back down your leg. I've had problems with it in the past. For me it would just eventually go away, for the pain I took aspirin. You might want to look into that. Hope it goes away soon!
