You feel like I did for the last couple of days! : Dizziness/nausea/vomiting can be from A LOT of things, unfortunately. You could have a stomach flu or a bad reaction to something you ate. These can also be signs of severe heart and gastrointestinal problems, but if you are otherwise healthy (especially if you are young), that is very unlikely. Unfortunately, you may just have to sit this one out like I did until it goes away.
I know the feeling you have: like your stomach is full and it's not emptying, and you want to throw up. This is not official nursing advice (we generally discourage vomiting because stomach acid can erode the teeth and esophagus), but when I feel like that, sometimes I like to just "get it out," so to speak. You can drink a couple big glasses of water to dilute whatever is in your stomach and if that doesn't make you want to throw up, tickling the back of your throat will. Obviously I don't recommend this unless you are very sick, but if you empty your stomach out vomiting, you may feel a lot better.
After that, you will want to be sure to stay hydrated. Don't go drinking a lot of water because it will make you nauseous again: take a sip of water every 10 to 15 minutes so you don't get dehydrated. Rest well, and when you think you might be able to eat something again, start with saltine crackers or plain white rice. Hope you feel better!
