Hello, I'm 13 years old and I feel winter has taken away some of my muscle, since there's not much to do when it's cold. I'm around 5'6 to 5'7 and way around 134 pounds. I want to lose a little weight before summer because I fell I've gained a little. I was wondering if there are any specifics that I can do? And please don't say "Your body is growing, you don't need to lose weight" or "eat healthy" because I realize this already, and it will do no good whatsoever. I feel really uncomfortable in a bikini because my stomach is a little jiggly... a long with my legs also. I was wondering if there were any specific excersizes(sp?) to trim my thighs and hip area?
and how do you feel now since this was an year ago?
