Hi, I'm a 13 year old boy, I weigh 92kg and I'm 170cm tall. I've always been much overweight since I was 5 because over the years I would just keep putting on weight. I play basketball on Sundays which is fun but whenever I try to exercise or watch what I eat eventually I just get too lazy and stop exercising and stuff. and when I say exercise I just mean : treadmill and weights. So please help me!!

92kg for 13 year old kid is quite big you need to loose it before it put on. Have healthy diet and do regular workout..

Hi, 

You are definitely having some issues with motivation. One of the really cool tricks you can do to really motivate yourself is to have a "diary". But this diary would only consist of your physical activities. This will help you to be more aware of your progress. You will be looking back at your results with a smile once you realize how much progress you've made. 

Write everything in that diary. For example: "I played basketball for 30 minutes today,  i feel great". And so on . Write down every activity. 

Also, what really helped me to reach my goal is "before" photographs. Yes, my gf took pictures of me from the front, back and side. And three months later when i compared them i couldn't believe it. It was like from some commercial or something.
