Is 2in soft and 3.6 erect normal for me?? I’m 13 years old no pubes and no armpit hair

3.6" erect is VERY normal. Average for a 13-14 year old is 3-4" erect.
Pubic hair will happen soon. Armpit hair often doesn't come in until 15/16 or even later.
