I developed SUPER slightly when i was 12 and my breasts haven't grown since. I kind of have an idea why. When i was almost 13 i bought these sport bras without trying them on. When i got home and put them on they were so tight i could barely breath. I think that those super tight bras may have damaged something that has prevented my breasts from growing.
Do you gymnastics cause that's probably why
