i just want to lose weight. im tired of feeling so uncomfortable, i dont want to go ANYWHERE.
I was in your shoes when I was younger. You have to want to lose weight, want to be healthy, and DO something about it. Now, I try to get at least 1 hour of exercise in each day, walking around the neighborhood, exercise videos that my children join me with, or just playing with my children and staying active with them. You are young!! You CAN lose the weight!!! Get your exercise in and start a healthy diet!!
