Average for a 14-15 year old is 4-5" erect. For an adult it is 5.1" erect.
Saying that, your penis can grow into your early 20's.
Remember too, the average varies depending upon when you entered puberty; your race, your build, etc.

hey. I just turned 15, I'm feeling embarrassed about the size of my penis as my friends penis is full size.Is it normal to have a 3 inch non erect penis and a 10cm (almost 4 inches) erect penis. :) thx
