Hi everyone if any fourteen or fifteen year old girls are reading this and have any help, please comment. My friend and I had a period of two weeks that we ran everyday for training for basketball, but we stopped that. I love to run, but what exact exercises have help you looe weight? I am 119 pounds and I know that not bad, but i would love to loose a little. I really want to loose weight in my legs and to tighten my stomach up.Have anyone of you done any exercises that have helped you loose weight in your legs or stomach? or what foods are good to eat before and after working out? and what is a good diet to dtay on?I really just want to be heathly more than loose weight but both would be amazing! :) PLEASE help me if you have any advice. thank you.
Hi, i think the best exercise for you would be to start running again. No exercise can beat running. Its the best for your legs and for your stomach. Think about those runners on the olympics , they look perfect yet all they do is basically run. As for the foods you should consider eating food with a lot of fiber. You can get cereals that have fiber, should be easy to find. There is a difference between eating before and after workout. You should eat 2 hours before you work out, that is the ideal time to eat. Avoid meat before work out, rather eat some dairy products or potatoes and some pasta. As for after workout you should eat half an hour after a work out, and you can eat whatever you like because your body will be exhausted and it will need protein and carbs and fats but go easy, dont stuff yourself up. Meat is recommended after work out. hope this helps.
