This isn't a stupid question.
I would imagine it would vary from person to person whether there is any pain.
I would suggest you drink more carefully in future and make sure you are with friends who can protect you from such things.
If you feel you were taken advantage of then you may want to call some helpline for advice or bring in the police if you feel the situation warrants it.
