I've been weighing 74 kilos for the whole year through. When I ate healthy I started gaining weight, I only ate like once in a month something sweet like ice cream. But when I started excersizing and drinking water, I gained weight again weighing 76 kilos, but this time my stomach was 96 cm, when I looked again after dropping te excersizing for three days my stomach was 99,5 cm and I weighed 79 kilos... People say I'm thin, but I think I'm gaining weight in my breasts and stomach... I don't know what to do, I need help... My back hurts at times, and I've got nausia sometimes but not all the time, I don't crave anything usually, I eat healthy, like chicken vegetables, The only thing I did crave was a cheese and salami pie. I don't know what's going on, wether its my hormones messing with me or something else. I did bleed this month started 13th of december and It'll carry on for 5 more days.... My back is killing me...

Looks to me that your stomach was beginning to get even thinner while you were exercising, so I would recommend that you continue to exercise if you are set up lose weight. Most women before get their period start to accumulate water around belly and their breasts get a little bit bigger and become tender. Those are usual signs that your period is coming soon and something that you will get used to with time. So, continue to eat healthy and start again with the exercises and you will see weight disappearing.

This is generally happen when i started the eating same thing happen with me also. Do one thing exercise every day and some exercise which reduce the fat from stomach and breast.

When I was thirteen I lost all my baby fat. don't stress so much, or you'll be self concious about small breasts later on in life. You should eat healthy, and eat meat aswell. You can still excersize.
