I deliver pizza, and never had this problem outside of a mild social anxiety. Suddenly (this last month and a half) I'm experiencing panic attacks on a regular basis. I don't know the cause. I only know that part is due to anticipation of another attack, and I wonder if my alcoholism is playing a role?
It's debilitating to no end, to the point that I can't make a purchase at a gas station without trembling for no known reason to me.

Physically I feel fine until I suffer a major attack. I feel a sense that I'm having a heart attack at worst, hyperventilate, and maybe a mild sense of cloudy vision, or even vertigo. In which case I've pulled off the road till I was calm enough to drive.

I don't have the attacks during the day. Pretty much starting at nightfall.

I was looking at statistics online for such disorders, and the only notable thing I really saw for panic attacks like mine was age related (20-30, 4, or 5 can be normal) I'm 31, so well within range I think. But in my case, this is occurring too much for me to just turn a blind eye.

Any help please!?
