I'm 18, never been sexually active, and today I had some soreness "down there". I just ignored it today as it hurt with certain movements, but then checked, and it was what seemed to be a pimple. It popped and there was puss and a small amount of blood? Was it just a pimple? Help!

That's a pretty good description of a pimple. People get pimples everywhere, it's not unusual.
