i have been suffering from chronic fatigue, lightheadedness, severe balance, nausea, headaches, vertigo, seizures and weakness all over. so im like worried if its brain tumor or something related cuz im really confused :(

See your doctor ASAP.
You need a full workup to determine what the problem is. It could be many things, some minor, and some not.
It may be cardiac related, possibly an ear infection, a tumor, even transient ischemic attacks (mini-strokes).
Don't delay.
