Is the "yellow stuff" coming out of your urethra or under the foreskin? Can you pull it back enough to tell?
If it's coming out of the urethra then you likely have a urinary tract infection. If so, see your doctor. You may need antibiotics. Left untreated a UTI can lead to a kidney infection.
