Hello all, I think I had implantation bleeding last week. I took a test 2 days ago but it was negative. My boobs hurt and am experiencing some cramps. My period is now 46 days late. When should I test again?

Your period is 46 days late?!?! I doubt you had implantation bleeding, you probably had a period. For your period to be 46 days late and a negative pregnancy test, it doesn't sound like you're ovulating.
