Hey Ladies , I'm currently going through the same situation ... I was on depo for about a year or two , and i decided to stop it , my last shot was In July 2013. About 2 weeks before my next shot was due , I bleed like a heavy period .. I never got the next shot so it seemed like i had a continuous period until about two weeks ago it just stopped .. Me an my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex .. My period tractor says im due for my period tomorrow , and for the last week I've been cramping , a little nausea , backaches , a couple dizzy spells, and have a pinkish spotting like implantation .. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not .. This is my first time ever going through this.. HELP ME PLEASE

I have the same kind of issues going on.Been spotting for what is now 6 days, it ranges from brownish, to pink, clear CM with the brown and pink. Some other posts I have read on other websites all say it could be implantation bleeding, a weird start to AF, or even a sign of ovulating.I have been dealing with some extreme fatigue, nausea, dizzyness once or twice, and very dull cramps. My cycles are rather irregular and I don't know when/if I O'd or when I should be expecting AF.I took a HPT yesterday and got a BFN. Hoping I could of just tested early?
My husband and I have been TTC for over a year sadly with no luck.
Anyone have any helpful advice or been through this and know what might be going on? Help. I sadly can't call my Dr. for another week or 2 due to getting new insurance.

I'm still not sure what is going on. It has been 13 days since this problem started. Taken 2 HPT now both BFN's.
It's not just spotting now, just a few days have been a heavier flow. So it has to be my AF, but the blood is now really dark red and nearly black now. I called my doctor and said to wait a few more days to see if it stops. If not, call back and make an appointment. If I get too worried just go to either a Urgent Care or the ER. So it wasn't very helpful.
I will update again if anything changes or if I ever find out what is going on.

Well this is the now the 3rd time I have posted.
Thought I would update again.
My spotting that turned into being a weird AF. Started the 9th of Jan. and ended the 23rd.. Still only took the 2 HPT that got me BFN's. Since it stopped my doctor said not to bother coming in or going to the Urgent Care.
But tonight (Feb. 1st) it seems to be that I started spotting again possibly, hopefully it isn't another AF.
Still anyone who has any helpful tips or ideas of what might be going on would love the help. Or anyone willing to update their situation of what happened would be great as well!

Hi Ladies I am going through the same thing. On May 14th I had my period. I had a blood clot so it was a very heavy period. I have a cyst on my right ovary and I have had unprotected sex on May 30th and 31st. Today I went to the bathroom and wiped and found blood on my tp. I am wearing a pad but, there is nothing on it. First it was brown, then it changed to pink and now I don't see anything. It looked like it had a little mucus in it every now and then. I'm feeling nausea and slightly cramping. I have a lower back ache and I feel moody. I have 2 other children and I had bled with both of them, it was like a light AF with them though. This is a little different and I don't have my AF for almost a week. I notice that this post doesn't have anyone come back and let you know if they are pregnant or not. I will come back and give updates. I know that I am going to try to get into the doctor since this could be a cyst bleeding, but I am not in coruscating pain so I don't know what it is. I'll keep you all posted though.

There is nothing more annoying than having no people update!? What's the point in telling everyone you 'story' if there's no ending!? I'm having the same, af is due today, my spotting was stopping & starting over 6 days. Not a usual af or cramps. Bizzare. I will update, will be testing sometime next week. ! :)

I kind of have the same issue? I have a regular period cycle and always expect it to come every month between the 24th-29th so I know when I'm due , but on Monday the 17th I got what I think is implantation bleeding? So it's about 1 week early? Last week I had weird fluttery feeling in my belly all week feeling moody and nauseus and now I have this bleeding. I have cramps , feel light headed almost all day, sore back, feeling car sick which never happens, was eating more than I usually do but all of a sudden I've lost my appetite. I know my body very well and it's been heaps weird lately :/ I had unprotected sex on the last day of my last period and also before my period that was 2 weeks and 5 days before I got this so called implantation bleeding! Today is the 5th day , first day was very light pink , second day was the same , 3rd day was heavier (red) but not as heavy as my normal period 4th day was the same and today it's red/brown not as heavy flow going on and off? Does anyone know what this is????? Went to the doctors yesterday and got a blood test, won't find out until Monday so will keep yous updated!!!

Starting spotting 11/21/14 and still spotting. It has gotten lighter and lighter, brown/pink blood. My cycle is 26-28 days usually, regular. I am expecting AF approximately on the 1st of Dec. Took a hpt on 11/25/14 with equate brand and got a negative. On Nuvaring has been about a year. I have never experienced spotting ever before. Other signs and symptoms I am experiencing are mild nausea, mild dull cramping, dry mouth, especially and night and early mornings, and mild breast tenderness. Prior to AF (PMS) I experience more intense breast tenderness, more intense cramping (more sharp instead of dull), and ocassionally very mild nausea as well as minimal zit breakout a few days before (no zits yet). I know the mind is very powerful and and can have some control over your body, will do my best to update!

I just wanted to update.
Spotting became heavier on 11/30 until was bright red blood. AF lasts usually 7 days and that was how long the bright red blood lasted. Was a little heavier than normal but only mild cramping occurred. After AF was done 11/6 the bright blood stopped but same dark brown/black blood continued. On the 8th I took another pregnancy test and got a negative. Called OBGYN and made appoint for that afternoon, especially because I was STILL spotting! She did a Pap smear/ pregnancy test (urine)/ and checked for any STD's. During the pelvic exam I felt some tenderness in my right lower quadrant, about where my overy is. She then said that it is possible I could have an ovarian cyst and that I would need an ultrasound. STD test came back and everything is negative, pregnancy test was negative. Just got back from the ultrasound appointment and there was a small cyst on my ovary. I haven't got any official results back from the MD yet but they did see a small cyst. If any other results come back I will defiantly update! If not, than that was it! A cyst has caused 21+ days of bleeding....
