Not all guys notice precum. If you ejaculate in a hurry you probably won't see it. If you have an erection for a long time and are aroused, you might see some.

precum is leaking prostate fluid before ejaculation , not all men ever make it . I dont. I think they meant ejaculating without sperm in it. same fluid by the way.
clear ejaculate can come about a few months before sperm production starts . before that you can experience dry orgasms
