Same problem BUT i literally use my period cup everyday now to collect the extra discharge. Even when I don't have my period i use it everyday. Sometimes when I go to empty (when not in my period) the cup is like almost half full! Its shocking! No strange smell. Obviously after working out its more. And when i did boxing which wasnt all that intense my pants would be soaked in the front and back(and my shirt) Id literally wear nonporous shorts over my leggings to hide it haha.
So i strongly suggest if you want to minimize the embarrassment and have dry panties for longer get yourself a period cup and use it like everyday. Even now sometimes i dont wear panties with my pants as long as i have my cup in, i stay dry. But in the summer definitely. I always dread summertime.
Im 23 btw, 5'7" overweight - semi fit(it varies). Ive had this problem for a while but its increased over the years like since i was 19. Maybe partially cause of weight gain but also i just sweat A LOT. Even when i exercised everyday and was on a strict diet i would have rhe swamp crotch and the excessive sweat.
And when i was on the varsity swim team in HS (pracrice 6x a week) and we did land practice i would be the only one with sweat dripping down their leg sigh TT . Embarrassing but the cup has made things 1000x better! Less moisture, less irritation, less embarrassment.

If its a bad odor you may have a vaginal infection ,pap smear can rule that out.The vaginal hole and anal hole are close so always wipe front to back.Could be nothing but see your gynecologist

Me too! I'm glad I'm not the only one. Sometimes when I'm "running" at work (I'm a nurse), I'll sit down to document or call a doc and notice a line of perineal sweat on the vinyl chair when I stand up. Embarrassing. I hate the way liners stink though.

Hi, everything you wrote describes me including age. I always wondered if certain dri had anything to do with more sweating in other parts of the body. After using certain dri for about a month at 16 I stopped sweatting in the armpits area to this very day.

Use thin long pads and take them where you think you might need change them every so often as if you hsve your perid. Walla. no need to bring 2nd undy.. Enjoy!

I too have issues with sweating, mainly it's my armpits and vaginal region. I used to put deodorant on the sides & outer portion of my panties. I also used to put it under my stomach, bikini line and the top of my vagina. I learned that some of my sweating/odor was due to infections from shaving. Some Drs./Gyn will look at you crazy and are very judgemental. I have always drank a lot of water but I needed to cut back on the sugar/sodium to reduce and get rid of odor. I wear unscented liners/pads/tampons and use unscented soap, I carry a ton of liners and backup panties with me. I wear a long liner with shorter liners on each side to absorb the sweat. It looks like a stick figure with its arms raised. I change them often. I hope this helps because the struggle for all day freshness is real.

Girl I had the same problem and what helps is you could either sit on your legs or a sweater and the one I do most of the time, right before I get up I kind of slide up or to the side in a chair and once I get up no one notices.

I have this problem and I'm 20. It doesn't happen for me when I'm wearing jeans but any other material does it. I agree it is definitely embarrassing. I sit sideways on plastic chairs at an angle like leaning on the back of the chair. It usually causes a gap between the chair and my lady parts so it doesn't happen.

Hi. I say if it works why not use it. Is there a tea in particular to be used or just one from every day use. I'm going to give it a go. I would say it is from weight gain because I've never had this problem ever! Gone through so many appointments now it's getting embarrassing!

No mine doesn't have odor. And no sweat stains. Its like steam...after I get up...it evaporates quick. But still visible for a few seconds...I hate it...
