During the pregnancy, I have gained over 15 kilos of extra weight, and it seems that I cannot get rid of them. I have a room bike, but indoor cycling is boring! I can't do it long enough to start feeling effects. What should I do?
Cycling, especially indoor type could be little boring, but you have to realize that it's for your own good. I know people who practice in this way, and during the exercise, they read or even watch TV. In the end, if this does not help, you can freely try some other type of workout. Actually, it doesn't matter in which way you're trying to reduce your weight, as long as you're trying at all. I'm sure you'll be successful.
