I am having brief sweats throughout the day, constant sore throat and my temperature is lower than the normal 98.6. I also do not have regular bowel movements. Sometimes daily, but mostly every 3 days or so. It seems I am always getting sick. I'm always tired too even though I'm 28 and excercise regularly. Recently, I had white, stringy stuff in my mouth every morning. No patches on the side of my mouth, just stringy stuff. I sometimes experience brain fog as well, but it comes and goes.
It seems like I'm always fighting one infection or another and if I get an infection, it seems to travel throughout my body. EG: a yeast infection ends up being much more and turns into infections of sinus etc. My doctor prescribes the usual antibiotics, but then I'm back in the office again with another ailment. I had my tonsils removed half a year ago, but I'm stlil getting sick! 'm too young to be this tired and sick. Also, this may be unrelated, but my scalp hurts in one area of my head. You know like when you have your hair up and take it down at the end of the day and it's sensitive? Except I don't wear my hair up. I am starting to feel like a freak show and would appreciate any feedback.

go for a blood test
I had most of your symptoms, except the sore scalp. The likely culprit is candida albicans. If you let this infection continue for too long, it can become systemic and difficult to get rid of as it inhabits all organs of your body. The antibiotics will only make it worse - much worse. If allowed to continue for too long, you will develop what is called Leaky Gut Syndrome. This is a condition where the candida destroys your stomach lining, turning it porous. Anything you eat/drink is not absorbed for nutrition and your body slowly starves (likely why you are getting other ailments). What will fix it is a good diet. You MUST stop all sugars, caffeines, and alcohol. Start taking digestive enzymes with EVERY meal. Also begin taking probiotics. I recommend NSI ProBiotic 15 strains. Another amazing aid I've found is a product called Homozon. It's powered oxygen. It kills all the "bad" bacteria (since bacteria can't live in oxygen) and if taken for a length of time, and will greatly increase your energy and general health.
I have many similar symptoms: sweating, scalp hurting in one area and almost numb in another (this has been a strange one), sinus infections, hair loss, light colored tongue with waves on edges(Dr said it was related to malabsorption), fatigue, cloudy head, asthma and constant craving for sugar and breads. I believe I have candida. I just had stool tests run and am waiting for results. I did the saliva test and that turned out positive.
I found a different "cure" every place I have looked. I know it will take extreme dietary changes for me but what else should I take to get rid of this?
