I ran into a restaurant cooler door handle. It felt like it went straight through my stomach. My insides hurt instantly. Within 5 minutes I got intense pain in my back following a lump. Now my whole back hurts. Its so hard to even reach for things. Could I have ruptured something inside me? Is this life threatening?

You could have injured something, yes. Could it be life threatening? If not treated rapidly it could. We can't say for sure without an exam.
Seeing a lump arise in your back could so quickly could indicate internal bleeding. Again, we can't say for sure.
If you're in pain that limits your motion and notice a lump then you should get it checked.
