Hey, I am 22 years old and have had issues with stomach pain back in 2006 when I was diagnosed with Chrones Disease in Finland.
Some year later I had another test and was told that I did not have this disease after all.
This made me conclude that the pain that I experienced was simply due to my stomach not being used to finnish foods.

I have now lived in the UK for almost 5 years and never had the problem whilst here. I considered this problem gone and buried, but something similar has seemingly come up. I would not normally be worried, however, this has now laster more than 30 hours.

It seems that everytime there's a bowel movement/ intense movement in the intestine I experience intense pain in my lower belly.
This pain is located mostly under the belly button and all over the stomach.
I experience this pain every 20-30 minutes or so and it is extremely intense. I have not been able to sleep last night or tonight as I keep on waking up from the pain.
After this pain, I have to go to the toilet, even if there was nothing left to get rid of.
I also experience nausea, however, am unable to vomit.

Has anyone got any recommendations?
Painkillers dont seem to have any effect (even those I was provided during chornes disease treatment) and its starting to get unbearable.

Id appreciate any aid.
