I am having the same issues. Im having severe back pain, headaches, nausea, Dizziness.. Just plain not feeling well. And only 8 days after my " period" just ended.. Strange... Have you figured out what the problem is at this point?

I'm going through this now. It started two days ago when I felt a very sharp pain in my pelvic area going up my back. But I just laid down and went to sleep. Last night however it was 10x worse and the same pain. I was unable to walk normally and thought it as maybe related to constipation. But after the pain staying and me trying to use the bathroom still nothing. I tried taking a super hot shower to help with the strong sharp lower abdominal pains and then tried getting to sleep as it didn't make it go away. I woke up in the middle of the night around 2am and still had the sharp pains. It was even uncomfortable to say laying down. Once again I tried going to the restroom only to end up seeing blood come out. But I just got off my period 13 days ago and this has never happened to me before. I tried going back to sleep still very very uncomfortable and now this morning it's still hurting just as much. Seeing more blood and not being able to walk without sharp pains or even lay down. I'm going to an urgent care to see what is going on with me.
Did you ever find out what's wrong? I'm literally having the exact same symptoms and I'm MISERABLE .
