Is acalvaria a genetic disorder or are there some other sources?

Please, can you help me with some information about acalvaria? At this stage I would be mainly interested in reading about the source of acalvaria, and whether it is considered to be an exclusively genetic disorder or whether there are any other risk factors that determine how likely someone is to be born with acalvaria?
