I have a 15 year old daughter who, just about every month, gets cramps in her upper abdominal area. I have told her when she was a child and would get constipated very easily if she did not have a steady diet of fruits and vegies, especially on road trips when we would eat more fast food. So, I think her system is still like this and even more so now that she is having her menstral cycle, which we all know can effect the water balance in the gut. I am almost 50, surgically menopausal. I know a little bit about these things from my own experience. I have recommended she eat more fiber, including the fiber supplement I use, Citracel. This is probably something she will deal with all her life. The sooner she recognizes it and begins to deal with it on a regular basis the better she will feel. Right?
Thank you for your time.
