i thought i got played when all it did was make red marks over 5 moles on my face. I was mad becuase now i have red marks making it look worse. So few days later i started using cocoa butter to try to deminish the redness. After few applys of cocoa butter 3 of my moles came right off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the other 2 wasnt completely gone but maybe 1 more application of dermatend should do it.. =)

IDK about dermatrend, but if you are poor like me, wart remover will do the trick. It does hurt some and you have to keep applying, but if you have a mole that is gross and big and sticks out, then it's totally worth it to spend five bucks.
IDK about scarring, since i have only done this on my back and i really can't see it, but i'd totally take a small scar over a big mole.

Okay so ive been researching this product for awhile. I was getting really desperate because i have a lot of moles that i wanted removed. I got three removed (shaved) off before but they still left the brown pigmented spot which is what bothers me the most. I eventually just ended up buying it. $40. If it didnt work i wasnt going to be too upset. Well i followed the directions for the first raised mole which was on my chest. After a day it scabbed over. It was really hard to tell if it was actually scabbed over, or if it was the mole itself or if i neglected to remove all the dermatend. The scab just fell off a couple hours ago. This is the sixth day since treatment. The only thing that is left is a red tender dot on my chest. It is no longer raised and their is no pigment. Im going to continue bandaging it and treating it with neosporin because i dont want it to scar. 3 days ago i treated 2 other moles. One is on my neck and the other is right above my first treated mole. These moles are also raised, actually all my moles are raised for some reason. These two moles currently are scabbed and moderately red. Im going to continue bandaging and applying neosporin for a couple more days. AS OF RIGHT NOW, i am satisfied with this product. There are many risks involved. I was very worried because i cant get these moles biopsied to see if they are cancerous. However having my dermatologist shave these moles off is absurdly expensive. $100 for the shave and $100 for the biopsy. Plus another $20 just for seeing me. so thats $220 a mole. I would rather cut it off myself with a sharp knife and pay the $100 to have it biopsied. Nonetheless i do recommend this product. Just make sure you follow the directions. This will kill surrounding skin that was scratched along with the mole.

So far I have treated over 15 moles with DermaTend, including some of them on my face. It really works and I recommend it to everyone.

The mole will not be affected, some dead mole cells will be left or skin around the mole will be red if you:
- don't scratch hard enough (usually I scratch as much as I can stand)
- don't scratch all the surface of the mole
- don't cover the mole properly with the treatment (for best results, I put bandage only when it little bit dries and take it off 2 days later)
- by mistake scratched the surrounding skin, put some treatment on it and didn't use Vaseline (now I don't use Vaseline, but I am very careful when putting the treatment)

If 2 days later your mole is still there, usually it means that either you haven't scratched enough or that it is a very stubborn one. If that is the case, scratch and apply the treatment again. If some of it is gone and some is still left, do that only with the left piece. If the mole is gone, but in its place some bump is left, do the same with that bump.

Skin will be little bit red after mole is gone. In some places, skin grows back faster, in some slower. Under clothes I find it more difficult to heal them, because becomes difficult to apply healing balm. I use plasters just in the beginning, because they leave my skin very red and painful.

Moles are very closely related to your immune system, so make sure to take care of yourself. DermaTend sells some kind of mushroom for immune system (Immune Booster), but I really hate its taste and smell. I prefer strengthening my immune system with multivitamins, good diet, etc. After longer time, if your skin is still little bit red and you are ashamed to go out like that, use a concealing pen, as I do.

Be patient and use your logical sense.

Dermatend worked for me. I used it on two small but very dark and noticeable moles and although there was some very slight scarring, the moles are much less noticeable than they were before.

Okay, okay. Let me write about Dermatend. I was as skeptical as you guys were about all these guests writing positive reviews for Dematend, but I went ahead and ordered it. When it arrived, I quickly went into the bathroom to apply it to two particularly moles that bothered me. After scratching it and applying the product and waiting for an hour, I removed it. Later that night, the mole felt dry, and when I woke up it indeed had become a scab. Two days later I just had to peel it off so I did. Underneath the bit of blood (from the scab) was clear skin where the mole had been. This particular mole had a raised part and a flat part, and all of the raised part came off in the form of a scab. I guess I somehow missed the flat part. I'll get back to that as soon as the area a scab covered heals. For the other mole, it seems to have gotten the top part off, since it was raised. It's definitely flatter and missing the middle part that was most raised. I had one of those moles removed a long time ago but it came back. I hate needles in my face (nose area, makes my eyes water) so this was a natural choice for me.

It actually does work, but in a way that destroys anything it soaks in to, even regular skin. Atleast that's what I think.

As for being a guest, well, it's easier this way because I doubt I'm ever going to be coming back to this forum.

Please, please....anyone wishing to buy and use this product....DO NOT! It DOES NOT WORK. I cannot emphasize more, how much this product has destroyed my skin. I had a few moles across my back and arms...now the moles are regrowing after only a few weeks. The moles are now reddened, scarred and just damn right ugly. Do not touch this product! If you are that concerned about having moles removed, go see your GP. This product should be banned!!!

I used Dermatend on a mole I've had my whole life and was so happy when it came off. Imagine my horror a few weeks later when the pigment surfaced and the mole began growing back! I waited a few months and used it again, only for the mole to once again grow back. I called Dermatend to see why this kept happening and the woman acted very surprised and said she hadn't heard of that happening. But , judging by the other posts on here, I'm guessing it's not that uncommon.

you know i can probably beleive this is a scam but i did use it on my chest and the one went away but i also used it on my face and it did come back i used to be very self concious about them considering i have like 13 on my face.. so people with one on your neck honestley think of having 13 on your face... dermatend does and also doesnt work for certain people.

just thought i'd let you know, dermatend does NOT work. This is very unfortunate I was very disappointed. Initially the compound worked. I did everything properly took good care of the scabs etc. And about 3 weeks later the mole fell of in the form of a scab. However, about 6 months later, the moles regrew! Yes moles plural. The three moles I used dermatend on all grew back. One is slightly faint, but it seems to get darker every week. As a result i'm going to see a dermatologist to get them checked out to see if they are potentially dangerous in any way. I would recommend just going through with the sugery to get a mole removed. Although there may be a small scar. Certain products can be applied to fade the scar out such as BioOil (look it up). The scar will fade with time and become barely noticible. But stay away from dermatend... pointless and dangerous.

moles dont regrow, warts may, so what you had were probaly not moles. something else. maybe melonoma

I used Dermatend and it did work. Mind you, it left a little scar behind (but I am extremely fair-skinned, and bug bites leave scars). I got a little too ambitious and did several at a time. I don't recommend that. I would say go for it, but take your time and FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! Do one at a time, and take good care of yourself. As well, it should sting like a mother when you put on the product. I've found it works best on flat moles, as opposed to raised ones. The raised ones seem to be more stubborn, and I refuse to use Dermatend more than once on each mole (bloodroot is pretty brutal to your skin, not going to lie). Also recognize that just like having them removed surgically, this method also requires a substantial healing time. It took 7 days for the scabs to fall off, and then a month for the hole to fill-in completely. Pretty typical of having them removed surgically: 7 days before the stitches come out, and then about a month for the scar to settle. Don't expect a "quick-fix", and be patient while your body is healing.
