If you have stopped drinking antibiotics than you can start or better say resume drinking alcohol. If I remember correctly (my best friend had abortion last year) you need to drink antibiotics for two weeks and you need to avoid to have sex during this period as well.
Also try to avoid drinking too much alcohol because you are bleeding and this can affect your recovery. Furthermore if you are planning to have sex use condom as prevention because it is very easy to get pregnant after abortion. Your cervix is dilated more than before and your body needs some time to recover from this and go back to previous stage. Take care of yourself.
If you're on antibiotics, alcohol lowers their effectiveness. I wouldn't suggest it until 24 hours after your last dose.
