Ive taken up running recently and several times I have this unpleasant sensation in my chest during the training. Its like a fit of tachycardia and I have to stop running in order to catch a breath. Im thinking about reducing the amounts of coffee I drink because I think it makes problems. What do you think about that? What can be the solution?
You definitely should drink less coffee, not because of running but because its generally not healthy do drink large amounts of coffee. But whats more important is that you should go and see your doctor and tell him about your problem. Namely, while youre running its ok to feel tired and exhausted. But what you mustnt feel are those irregularities in your heart beat. Im not saying that you have heart problems but you should know that not everybody has the same ability and strength for physical effort. After a thorough examination, your doctor will hell you how often you can run and how long a session can last. When theres something wrong, running can only make it worse and you dont want that to happen.
