I am still a virgin and a pimple-like thing came up two days ago and it was sore but i squeezed it and pus came out....now it is still sore and it looks like a cold sore or a fever blister i might get on my lip.(the 1 on my face)...could it be herpes?!?
Highly unlikely if you haven't had any sexual contact. Put some antisceptic cream on it and keep an eye on it. If things don't improve please go and see your doctor to get it checked.
