Hi! Few days ago small pimple-like bumps appeared on my forehead. It’s very ugly and annoying. I can not stop touching it. I’m worried because I don’t know why it’s happened to me. Maybe I’m allergic to something. Is it possible that allergy causes small pimple-like bumps? Does anybody know?
Hi! I remember that I had the same problem last year. I even went to doctor because of it. He told me that it’s possible that allergy causes small pimples. You should keep a log of what you are eating so you can figure out what is causing it. And don’t touch it all the time.

I had a terrible break out on my upper arms as you described but the bumps did not bother me nor itch. Later, I had a very bad break out on the palms of my hands and bottoms of my feet that itched worse than I had ever experienced before. This led to swelling blisters that made it impossible to walk or go to work. With help from my dermatologist, I was able to figure out I was allergic to eggs and bananas. I eliminated these from my diet for two weeks and then reintroduced them again and a few days later, I started to see the bumps reappear. I have been eating these foods all of my life but I feel good knowing that I do not have to live with unwanted rashes.
