Im 14 and have just recently discovered that my foreskin is supposed to pull back over the penis head. Previous to discovering this when i pulled down all i could see was a tiny circle of the head. So i practised alot and now i can pull it all the way down when flaccid but I need to then move the foreskin back UP over the head manually, it doesnt just fall over itself, is this normal? Will it change after a while? I can only pull the foreskin back halfway when erect, is this normal? Will it change after a while? Ps my head is really sensitive when exposed ive been able to touch it enough to clean away the smegma in the shower, will this fix over time? Should i see a doctor?

Hey bob there is no need to see a doctor what you are describing is very common especially at your age. As your foreskin stretches it will slide back over your glans easier .  Continue doing your stretching exercised but remember don't streatch so much thst it causes pain.

Is it normal for it to not naturally come back after flaccid retraction? And my frenulum is slightly towards the left is this ok?

At this point yes because if there is nothing to lubricate the glands of your penis and your foreskin is still a little tight it may not go back naturally after you lose your erection. Just make sure you pull it back over the glands of your penis. And yes it is OK for your frenulum to be little to the left
