It is very doubtful that the tampon broke you hymen. Sometimes there is pain with tampon insertion. There is no surgery performed to repair a hymen. Not all women bleed the first time they have intercourse and do not worry, you did not break the hymen and are still a virgin.

You will most likely bleed. Unless you have had intercourse, fell on say a bike, at sports and bled very much in that location you will be fine, not loose and every much a virgin.
