So i'm a 15 year old kid in the 10th grade, I haven't hit puberty yet, My voice still high pitch, no facial hair, no pubic hair, or atleast long pubic black hair but not alot, Little black armpit hair, And my penis is about 3 inches when erect, is that small and did i start to hit puberty or still no?

It sounds like you're just starting puberty.
You should notice a growth spurt soon and things will begin to change more rapidly.
Give it time. We all develop at different rates/times. A male can start puberty as late as 16 and be "normal."

oh and forgot to say that i'm also still really short was the tallest but they all hit puberty and now i'm the shortest
