Hello there,
I have a few questions about somersizing diet. Is it really based on macrobiotic meals, as I have heard?
I know I need to follow some certain rules, tips and tricks, I know I need to separate certain groceries, but I don't know can I really call it macrobiotic diet?
What is the actual meaning of macrobiotic diet? What are main rules, and what are the best recipes?
So is Somersizing diet the same thing like a macrobiotic meal or it is just so different?
I have heard a lot of stuff about macrobiotic meals and diets, and I must say – I am really confused!
Any suggestions?
Hello,
I am not an expert and I am not sure that I really can help you, but I can share my thoughts with you. I really don’t think that somersizing diet is only based on macrobiotic meals. But, there are some similarities.
A macrobiotic meals or diet, is a diet plan. This is plan that involves eating grains as a staple food. That food is supplemented with vegetables mostly. Also, you if you are on this macrobiotic diet, you need to avoid most of animal products.
They say that this diet is helpful for people with cancer, but still, there is no evidence to support this thesis.
Now you know something new!
Take care!
