Is there a way to improve vision in anophtalmia-microphtalmia?

Does anyone have any information about anophtalmia-microphtalmia patients and what the usual course of treatment is for them? I am specifically interested in finding out if there are ways to improve the vision in anophtalmia-microphtalmia? I am hoping that there is, but what I have read about anophtalmia-microphtalmia makes me sceptical in advance.
