I want to become a top class rider. I know that there is a long ride ahead of me but I am ready for it. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make my dreams come true. I am already training twice a day. What do you think is that enough or should I train maybe three times a day?
Training three times a day you have a great chance to – become over trained! I admire your spirits and enthusiasm but pushing too hard won’t get you anywhere. Once a day is more than enough. Even training like this you have to have at least one day off. Two is recommended. Rome wasn’t built in a day. You can’t become a top class cyclist in a week or month no matter how hard or often you work out. You have to give your body time to adjust, adapt and grow. That is the only way you can achieve some nice results.
