i have got heavy itching on the bottom part of my testicles, also there are hairs on the testicles also when i applied dettol and some time put deodarunt it started burning but relieved me of itching for some time. But them skin flakes started peeling of my testicles can anyone help i have not had any sexual intercourse till now. Please help
