Recently i noticed that my testicles and scrotum had been itching a lot. And one day I was in the shower and had noticed that my scrotum and testicles were very red. And when I was in the shower I almost felt and it looked like I had rubbed off skin from my scrotum. Im scared because I don't know what to do. I have never had sex so I don't think its any type of STD.
sounds like a case of eczema.
See if putting lotion or some other moisturizer soothes the itchiness. If so...it's most likely eczema....

It sounds normal to me, and it probably isnt eczema, ur testicles will be a little red, after all they r pretty warm, n there one big gland which sweat alot, if you do any exercise then your sweat will make them itch, they could be chafing along ur underwear n there moving around all day lol. Take the other guys advice to use cream, not always moisturizer but ask the doctor for cream, sometimes talc powder does a good job but some people dont like using it but cream may be better for you.
